Our ideology here at KAI is to support student’s self-realization with innovation as the keyword. We constantly grasp the needs of our students and in order to do this we explore the necessary teaching methods and aim to implement innovative initiatives. We have analyzed the lives of non-Japanese who speak Japanese and are researching and developing a program which will enable these people to deal with the various problems encountered in Japan themselves through acquisition of appropriate communication skills without losing their identity as a non-Japanese person.
In particular, we believe first and foremost that being able to maintain high levels of motivation is an extremely important factor in elevating the effects of a student’s study. We incorporate into our program planning and use in our class management psychological theories and techniques such as cross cultural understanding, exchange analysis, coaching, and communication skills among other things.
