The main thing we do here at ONELINE is develop sharehouses in properties owned by others. At this point in time we only have two properties under our belt, however we do work hard at providing high quality service. We keep our room numbers low, with our current properties having a total of 8 and 9 rooms respectively. One feature of our company is that we work with small-scale properties with a small number of residents. We completely renovate our houses from existing properties and count on interior designers to create fun and different rooms for us. The facilities within our houses are also substantial. Think large island kitchens, claw-foot bathtubs, and rooms with different color-schemes, lighting and curtains - we pay attention to every little detail. We are also fussy about location, with our houses a 5-minute walk from the nearest train station and shops and supermarkets that sell anything you could possibly need in life within walking distance. Our rent is also priced relatively low compared with other designer houses. We also provide free a sheet and blanket service you can take advantage of once you move in. We aim to communicate often with our residents and encourage them to embrace their autonomy while at the same time providing support and advice should it be needed.
