We were the first company in Japan to initiate 'Chocolat House'. We renovate our own properties with a design inspired by chocolate cake. The name 'Chocolat House' was first invented by our representative.

We are also planning to open a new 'Chocolat House series' of our own properties in the future.

We are committed to managing share houses in a homely atmosphere and creating a comfortable living environment together with our tenants.

Overseas, we are also developing condominiums, short-term shared houses and offices in the landmark One Central Macau. We are also planning cheap overseas tours with our tenants.
