Hello,

I have a room that is furnished with new furnitures for rent in downtown apartment.

The apartment is located between Yonge Bloor station and Sherbourne Station. (5 min away from Yonge Bloor station, 1 min away from Sherbourne station by walk)

A big mall located within the building. the mall has McDonalds, NoFrills, Rexall Drug Store, Post Office, and etc.

It means that you do not need to go outside to buy groceries  in this cold winter.

Besides, there are TD bank, Scotia Bank, SUBWAY sandwich shop, and Tim Horton near the apartment.

A couple is living in living room, so you will share kitchen and bathroom. Even though we are living in the living room, you will not need to face us. This is because, the areas are totally separated.

Finally, I am working in the downtown hotel, and my girlfriend is working and going to school. It means that we prefer to have a home mate who has similar lifestyle such as, working holiday or working professional.
