I’m a university professor, and I started this share house to support students, including those in my own seminar. That’s why we offer a student discount on ren...moret.

Our goal is a community where students, young professionals, and international exchange students live together and learn from one another. Most residents are in their 20s and 30s.

We’re building the houses little by little through DIY, so some parts are still a work in progress. We’d love to welcome people who can enjoy that process with us.

Today, the houses are run together with university graduates, former residents, and friends from the local community. If you’re interested in helping run the share house, we’d love to hear from you!
