Opened in March 2020, Garden Share Otowa is located in Yamashina-ku, the eastern entrance to Kyoto.
Surrounded by greenery and close to the canal of Lake Biwa,...more the garden has good access to the city while spending a quiet time.
It takes 10 minutes to the city by car or motorbike and 10 minutes on foot to the station, and the area has good access to the JR, subway, Keihan, and highway IC.
This is a very safe school district.
Originally built as a professor's residence at a university in the city, the house was designed as a Western-style building with a blend of modern antiques and housing in a white base color scheme.
The entire house is about 2.5 square meters, with a spacious living room and garden, and the living room and dining room are about 15 square meters in size.
Each room is spacious, with kitchen facilities, Wi-Fi, bicycle parking, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer all free of charge.
It's a great place to live.
We have tried to create a comfortable environment for five people in a slightly larger mansion. It's a rare opportunity to live in a house this large.
