Yes,we have a large kitchen with an oven, a soundproof basement that can be used 24 hours a day, a field where we can grow a variety of crops, and a roof terrace.

Are there any facilities or spaces that can be used for an additional fee?
A
Yes,our share house has several additional fee plans. Option A (9,000 yen when you move out) and Option B (2,000 yen per month).
Option A is bedding such as sheets, pillows, and comforter.
Option B is a 4-piece set including a desk, chair, small refrigerator, and shoe rack.

Are there any rules for using the facilities or shared spaces?
A
Yes,there are minimum rules such as refraining from sound-producing activities on midnight and prohibiting non-residents from staying overnight, but there are no special rules.

Are there any restrictions on the hours of use of the shared spaces?

Yes,if there is outside use of the basement, there will be temporary restrictions on use. Also, after 23:00, it is midnight hours, and we ask that you refrain from any sound-producing activities in the basement.

Move-in Procedures and Contracts

What is the procedure and flow of moving in?
A
If you are interested in moving in, please contact us first. We will then arrange a schedule for a tour appointment, and you will be able to see the share house in person. If you wish to move in, please fill out an application form and we will screen your application. After that, you will sign an occupancy agreement.

What is the screening process for moving in?

During the tenant screening process, we verify basic information such as occupation, place of employment, address, and background check. If necessary, we will verify guarantor and other information.

What kind of documents and certificates are required to move in?

You need identification (driver's license, passport, insurance card, etc.).

How do I pay the rent?

you pay the rent for the following month due by the 20th of each month. We do not accept payment by account transfer or credit card.

About Fees and Charges

What are the initial costs for moving in?

Daily rent and common service charge for the month of moving in, rent and common service charge for the following month, contract fee (15,000 yen), security deposit (80,000 yen), and fire insurance fee (3,880 yen) are required.
