What do you think would happen if you went always went to the same store for two years, spending tens of thousands of yen every month? We think that real estate should work the same way, and that residents who consistently pay rent every month without delinquency are customers. That is why we do not want to charge renewal fees to customers who have paid rent consistently without delinquency for two years. On the contrary, anyone who's renewed their lease for a maximum of eleven months twice (after the 23rd month), we'd like to offer a trip overseas or a beauty treatment at a hotel as a present. This is our way of saying thanks to customers for moving in and consistently paying rent.
