Dreasha is home to an array of people with different dreams and ambitions, Currently living in Dreasha is an orchestra conductor, an American student who has come to Japan to study art, as well as people aiming to strike it out on their own or start their own companies. There are also tenants who aim to improve themselves by living in such an inspiring environment. Almost all tenants are in their mid 20s or 30s and the ratio of men to women is approximately 1:1. The house features a total of 24 rooms, with a women-only area and a seminar room that can also be freely used as a study room.
