I was a housewife with nothing to do with real estate, but I started by pondering how to make the most of the land next to my house that I had acquired. Eventually, I wondered about renting a property where people could gather and communicate with each other, and this is how I came across 'share houses'. We were also fortunate that we had a share house management course, and our family agreed to run the share house.
