Under the concept of 'Towards the creation of new values', the company provides real estate brokerage services, design services for the effective utilisation of real estate, leasing and property management operations. We also publish a series of columns, 'Kobe Migration Recommendations', which conveys the appeal of living in Kobe, and are working to help people practise 'new ways of living, working and playing' in the city. In the share house business, we started operating a share house exclusively for students in the spring of 2012, followed by a share house for adults in the autumn. In both cases, we are looking forward to working with those who can create new values together.
