Basically, you are free to do as you like, but you must keep it clean and avoid any inconsiderate behavior such as making loud noises.

Yes. Chairs, desks, bed frames, and storage are provided (with the exception of some rooms).

A
We will verify basic information such as income, occupation, place of employment, and identity verification.
Through face-to-face or online conversations, we will see if you are a match for our properties.

What kind of documents and certificates are required to move in?

Identification document showing your face (passport, visa, residence card)

How do I pay the rent?
A
The basic method is direct debit. If you are a foreign national and cannot debit from a Japanese account, we can also accept transfers via WISE or Paypal.

Can I change the room after moving in?

Yes, it is possible.
You can move to a room in the same property or to a nearby managed property without any fees.

How long does it take from the time of application to move in?

You can move in as early as a week.

Can a family member visit the apartment instead of me?

As this also serves as a screening process, we generally ask that the tenant inspect the property themselves. However, if you let us know in advance, we may be able to allow a family member to inspect the property on your behalf.

No. This share house is for mid- to long-term residents, and the minimum stay is three months.

About Fees and Charges

An administrative fee, first month's rent, and common area fees are required.
If you move in mid-month, the following month's rent will also be charged. In addition, if you rent futons or use other options, additional fees will be added to the above.

A
This includes tissue paper, toilet paper, kitchen paper, detergent, etc. These are consumables for shared spaces. Please bring your own consumables for personal use.

Most share houses have residents who can speak English, so it's okay if you can't speak it. If you're looking to interact with Japanese people, it will be easier to communicate if you can understand even just basic words.
