My name is Inoue and I work at Osaka Kosan Co.Ltd. We run a local real state business for five decades in Higashi Osaka city. While we always felt a gap between the actual business of leasing real estate and the current situation in the society, we came up with an answer to run a share-house. We renovated wooden apartments which we had from August to October 2010 and started share-house business from November of that year as Share-house Alto. By beginning the share-house business, to prove a comfortable living environment to primarily young people in the 20s and 30s at an affordable price has become our business concept.
