We have a 15-year history as a real estate management business for rental condominiums and tenant buildings. Utilizing that experience and know-how, we will prepare various services so that residents can have a more comfortable time, and all the staff will manage the share house. For example, we have set up a call center (primary reception) that can be connected to a phone 24 hours a day (365 days) to respond to inquiries from customers and record them. From 2012 to the present, we hold a gourmet party on the second Saturday of every month and hold a gourmet party with many people participating. *At this share house, we will hold a home party at the request of residents and use benefits such as one drink service at restaurants and shot bars that are affiliated with our company.
