At Organic and Grand Blue only, one international resident per house from an English-speaking country or who speaks English at a native level and stays at least six months is eligible. Monthly rent before the discount: below ¥40,000 → ¥2,000 off; ¥40,000 to below ¥50,000 → ¥3,000 off; ¥50,000 or more → ¥4,000 off.

When a living room is used as an event space for people who are not residents, we collect a portion of the participation fees as a contribution to shared expenses.

You are generally free to use the shared spaces as long as you communicate considerately with your housemates.

Can I smoke?
A
As a rule, smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors at all houses. All members of the management team are non-smokers. In some cases, smoking may be permitted only on a balcony or in front of the entrance, but only after discussion with the management team and every housemate, and only if everyone agrees.
