It has about 400 years of history with Japanese garden covered with moss, where you can feel distinctive four seasons in Kyoto.
It's registered tangible cultural property having irori hearth and old-style stove kitchen.

Resident can use the coworking place as a membership user. (its monthly fee is included in the rent)

It's from about 10 mins walk from the closest station Hankyu Railway Kamikatsura station, which takes you to the city center of Kyoto and Osaka.
Daily necessaries are available at supermarket and ......moredrug stores around the station.

The shared apartment has three single bed rooms(one of them is Japanese tatami floor room) sharing a common living room, kitchen, washroom, bath&toilet.
All rooms are furnished and the common rooms have furniture or equipment you need to start a comfortable life in Kyoto.
