Named this house "lukka" which means happiness in Icelandic language so that residents and those who are involved will be happy.
The surrounding area has a calm atmosphere with Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, university, shopping street, cafes and nice small shops.
※Common Service Fee
10,000 JPY each month and equally split among the all residents. Excess will be paid back every 6 months or when you leave the house.
※Deposit
30,000 JPY (with no security deposit and key money). Basically fully refundable.
