The entrance door on the first floor is fitted with an auto-lock security code, and each unit has a mailbox, large shoe box, and delivery box.
The entrance to the share house on the 3rd floor is also fitted with a security guard numbered auto lock, so you can rest assured of security.
In the dining room and kitchen you'll find two IH heaters in the kitchen, along with shared cooking utensils and tableware, as well as electric appliances such as an oven range and a steam toaster.
Every roo......morem is furnished with air conditioning, beds and mattresses, storage furniture, desk sets, hanger racks, curtains, light fixtures, and indoor laundry, and you can move in with just one bag.
Also, within a 5 minute walk of the share house, there's a supermarket, drugstore, convenience store, and many other stores that are essential for daily life! The house is conveniently located so you don't have to go all the way to the store.
