Welcome to NSJ Fukuoka Sharehouse! ! Why don't you start your Fukuoka's life in a share house located at only 20 min from the center Tenjin and 7 minutes to the nearest subway station.
- Please contact us through e-mail. After looking around the house, we will do a brief interview. (Skype OK.)
- Security deposit or remuneration is not necessary. Only one month deposit.
- Minimum contract period is 6 months (penalty if less).
- In case you move out, you need to inform us a month before.
- Please make the payment the 20th of the previous month.
- An additional ¥ 10,000 per month for charges (as electricity bill, water bill and Internet fee...)to be add to the rental fee.
