This share house was DIY-built by a university professor together with students and friends. Since we are amateurs, there may be some rough edges here and there. Please be generous in your assessment.

[Move-in Conditions]

・Minimum 2 month stay required
・One month rent required as deposit
・28,000 yen initial costs in addition to first month's rent
・You can move in two weeks after the application date. However, you can move in earlier if you pay double the initial fee. Please note that if you move in one wee......morek before the application date, the initial fee will be tripled.
