Miagata Tenjin is a share house where you can live with cats. We welcome those who have cats as well as those who do not have cats. This is a share house that will be raised together with those who move in. Originally, this share house was designed for singles, but we've received many requests from people who want to live with cats, so we've decided to renovate it.
　We would like to renovate this share house to make it an enjoyable place to live while receiving your opinions. We welcome your positive suggestions. Of course, there is no problem to live in the present condition.
　You can keep up to 2 cats. (A common service charge will be added for the second cat.) / For hygiene and other r......moreeasons, we ask that you submit a certificate of vaccination. Please consult us separately for small animals other than cats.

Access/5-minute walk from Shintetsu Nagata Station to Kobe's central Sannomiya, Motomachi and Kobe in about 20 minutes. You can also go directly to Kobe Station by bus.
Nearby facilities: A 5-minute walk will take you to Lawson and 100 yen Lawson, so you can easily do some shopping. There are bathhouses and restaurants in the neighborhood, and it is a street with downtown atmosphere.
Facilities and equipment: There is a living room with about 12 square meters, a kids and co-working space, and a terrace. We also have a refrigerator, microwave, handy vacuum cleaner, and washing machine. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner, bed, desk, chair and curtain. As measures against corona, we install thermometers and alcohol, use photocatalyst coating on trains, and record visitors under the advice of the health center.
