The surrounding area is well-equipped with supermarkets, banks, and drugstores within a 5-10 minute walk.

Each private room ranges from 7.17 to 13.86 square meters, and comes fully furnished with a bed, air conditioner, refrigerator, dressing desk, and closet. The shared areas are equipped with a TV, refrigerator, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, cooking utensils, and tableware, making for a comfortable shared living experience.
