We renovated the building that was used as a summer villa. The theme is "JAPANESE Resort". You can enjoy rich nature, clean air and a calm atmosphere in Kobe where you can see a beautiful night view. You will like Japan's unique wooden pillars, mud walls and large living rooms. You can sit in the sun on the south side of the veranda, and you can take a rest while watching the scenery in the garden. The average size of a private room is 12 ㎡, so it is bigger than other share houses.
Management Policy: The International Sharehouse Group has founded in Kobe in 2013, and as of 2021, it operates a total of 6 shared houses. We have invited people from more than 20 countries to live in these house......mores in the hope that they will broaden their horizons through multicultural exchange. Of course, we always update the rules to prevent troubles caused by cultural differences. We also create an affable atmosphere that deepens our relationship with naturally through welcome and farewell parties, BBQs, trips and games.
Access: The bus stop is within a 6-minute walk. From there, you can reach Sannomiya, Motomachi, Kobe and Kobe's tourist attractions "Kitano-zaka" in less than 20 minutes. There are about 1 bus every 10 minutes, so it's convenient for commuting to work or school. The nearest station is Okurayama Station, which is a 20 minute walk.
Nearby facilities: About 5 minutes' walk to Hirano shopping street. The shopping district is always lively with supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and banks. It is a 5 minute walk to Minatoyama Onsen, a natural hot spring.
Equipment and Supplies: The spacious living room has a large table and KOTATSU for up to eight people. There are 3 stoves in the kitchen and 2 refrigerators, so you can enjoy cooking together. In addition, there is a pot, a microwave, a rice cooker, an oven, and a frying pan. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner, a wooden desk and chair, and a hanger rack.
As measures against corona, we install thermometers and alcohol, use photocatalyst coating on trains, and record visitors under the advice of the health center.
